Dutch-born producer and DJ that first made his mark on the drum 'n bass scene in 2005 with releases on dj Flight's Play:Musik imprint as well as Marcus Intalex' Revolve:r - showing his detroit/chicago schooling and translating it into the realm of 170+ bpm.

After a few 12"es he took the dnb as well as the dubstep world by surprise with "Broken / Shadowcasting" - a deep dubstep 12" that gained attention from top dj's as kode9, gilles peterson, mr scruff, pole and laurent garnier. After Tempa signed "Everything About You" for their Tempa Allstars series, Martyn continued to produce tracks combining detroit elements with early 2step rhythms, resulting in the launch of his own label 3024 in 2007, and much sought after remixes such as his take on TRG's "Broken Heart" on UK dubstep label Hessle Audio.
